About Us

We are into the business of building construction since 1993 and Shivashish Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd. was established in year 2003 to develop residential houses and apartments. Our core area of constructed projects is located in Ghaziabad and Delhi (NCR).

We develop ready to move Independant Floors and Luxury Flats with an option to get it fully furnished. Most of our projects are constructed on outright purchased plots and approved by Ghaziabad Development Authority.

We have constructed and furnished Shalimar City, Delhi - Wazirabad Road, Ghaziabad (U.P.). We have one acre residential land to develop in heart of Dilshad Garden, East Delhi.
